I’ve never written any review in any of the places or restaurants but today’s experience forced me to come here and share the same. Starting with the waiting time, it was 1 hour 15 mins. We decided to stay looking at the crowd but soon we observed that the service is too slow. The guy who was writing all the names and was incharge for the waiting line didn’t even respond if asked about the time.

Secondly, the hygiene was below average. The waiter wiped the table with a wet stinky cloth and there were no other things ready on the table. No menu, no tissues, no spoons and forks, nothing.

There was someone who was taking the order. He literally took 20 mins to come to the table for the order. After ordering, in any restaurant, one is served with onions, lemon, salt and pepper but here there was no sign of that. After asking for the same, they said it’ll come with the food which apparently didn’t happen. They took more than 30 mins to bring the order and serve and finally when the first dish came, forget about the spoons, we didn’t have any dish to eat in. Again they took few minutes for that and the dish was also not washed properly.

There was a big family just next to us and they had the same complaints to which the waiter said, “humara manager hi aisa hai”. A couple of families left midway after waiting so long.

Talking about the food, it was average. Nothing extraordinary that you won’t find anywhere else.
