Read moreI would like to write about the security man first as he was very courteous and helpful. The staff is arrogant and doesn't bother about customers at all. They don't have clarity of their own hotel's internal connection as all three floors have their hotel and one day they can cross serve and once they reach the hotel they say they cannot serve any way. After being seated we have to ask for water and that too 5 Rs wala bottle is complementary given then it's charge at Rs 6 However people have written reviews saying value for money but I don't think so tea of 39 Rs is the same as road side quantity and taste is not so great. We ordered sev Puri where the person took order is arguing that you ordered sev mamra and as if he is oblidging us saying I will give you change if you want. No repeat of order is being done.
We ordered Bhaji pau which was pathetic and sour tasting. The only food which I can say ok was chilly garlic toast. KitKat shake was not at all good with high cost.
One can imagine our total bill was 5075/- with 12 persons. Really disappointed 😔
Would suggest try some other...

We recently booked Arpana’s Chai Nasta Cafe’s banquet hall for a corporate party, and the entire experience was highly disappointing. Upon reaching the venue, we discovered that there were serious electrical issues — the lights, fans, and AC were all non-functional. This made the environment extremely uncomfortable and completely unsuitable for any gathering.
Despite informing the staff, the service was uncoordinated and unprofessional. There was no clear communication or effort to resolve the situation promptly. What made matters worse was the rude and dismissive behavior of the owner, who showed a complete lack of concern for our event or the inconvenience caused.
Due to these unacceptable conditions, we had no choice but to cancel the party at the last minute. This caused not only embarrassment but also logistical issues for our team and guests.
I strongly advise against booking this place for any event or expecting reliable service. A very poor...
