Around 1:30 PM, we noticed the entire staff was sitting down to eat, helping themselves to the very same starters that we were requesting. While I understand staff needs breaks, it didn’t sit well when we were still waiting for our orders, especially when we had been asking for fish fry, prawns, or chicken for some time. Despite my repeated requests, I was told that fish was unavailable. When I asked for prawns or chicken as an alternative, the staff still didn’t respond adequately, and the mutton seekh was not available either.

I ordered fish fry multiple times, but nothing arrived. Even when I asked for prawns, I was told they would bring a set number, as if I needed to ration my meal. For someone like me, who has visited Barbeque Nation outlets in cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune numerous times, this experience was a letdown, especially since I’ve had positive experiences at those locations.

If you're a non-vegetarian, especially one who looks forward to the starters, you might want to reconsider this location. The disorganized service and lack of attentiveness were major drawbacks.
