KFC — Restaurant in Gujarat

This is the ONLY alternative in Gujrat, Ahmedabad to have something quick & tasty. However the restaurant team under the Manager named VISHAL has decided to slowly day by day ruin The experience of Customers & SHUT down The restaurant. I went today at 2110 hrs for Dinner, Order Medium Pop corn & popcorn Chicken Biryani rice. I purposely told TWOCE the order taker that Would LIKE TO HAVE IT FRESHLY MADE & NOT FROM THE PASS. Firstly he did not paid a head to what i was telling him, on second instance & emphasizing he heard & over heard. I went & took a second table near to the Hand wash area & waited for the order to come. Now a clever Girl who is working there tool same stuff packed it for dinning in & barked that order 12836 is ready.

I had seen it took it still tasted it & left the food all of It & offered Vishal & his team to Eat & enjoy this stale & stone cold food.

Al the trainings are not even remembered & brushed up while making orders on shop floors. Tuesday evening at 2100 hrs when its time to close in 60 mins still they have massed up & prepared so much food & force us to eat that same Stale cold food.

I don't understand that thier TOP BOSSES In DELHI, GURGAON & MUMBAI are have sound sleep in night where as their employees are steering this KFC ship to a dooms day .

This is second incident in past 8 Days same Order same story..............

Although KFC serves tried-and-tasted fare, its offerings and style of preparation continue to draw in the crowd. While they started out in India as a haven for the non-vegetarian, the KFC in Ahmedabad in AlphaOne Mall has a board outside that loudly proclaims “Veg Zinger, Juicy, Spicy, Crunchy, 100% Veg”, making it clear that they have enough to offer a vegetarian patron. Clearly marked-out ‘Vegetarian’ and ‘Non-vegetarian’ sections by running separate counters and separate cooking areas are a happy feature for the green brigade in this restaurant. Even the uniform of personnel dedicated to vegetarian customers is distinctive! As for non-vegetarians, KFC’s Curry Crunch, Chicken Snacker, Chicken Rizo, Hot Wings, Popcorn Chicken, Boneless Chicken Strips, Chicken Zinger and other meal options keep them happy and busy. But irrespective of your food preferences, their frappé, smoothies, crunchy shakes like Butterscotch or the Sparkling Virgin Mojito and ice cream sundae are good choices as go-alongs with your meal. Despite the fact that the food is delicious, there are a few drawbacks.

They are a little slow to take orders at a rapid pace, so the line to place an order becomes increasingly long.

The temperature conditions there, in my opinion, are hotter than the ordinary surroundings.

They look to be operating on a faulty air conditioner.

Staff employees must listen to the customer and support them in crafting a request.

I had the dreadful experience of having to constantly request that every single employee wash the table since there were unopened packages on it.

But it was all in vain since they heard but did nothing.

Atlast had to push the packages aside so that we could eat!

They appear to serve soft drinks at room temperature rather than those that cool teeth.

I'm hoping for a better experience next time!
