Me and my friends have been visiting Bonne Bouche since the last 2 years. In fact I was one of their very first customers when they opened this outlet the first time. Whenever I visited the outlet, there used to be a aunty who used to be a very polite and show the ice creams and suggest which one would be better.

However, today I had pathetic experience as during my visit today instead of the aunty there was a young man who happened to very rude to my surprise. As always, I asked if he could open the cover and show me the ice creams kept in the glass container as it was covered coz thats how I choose the flavour everytime (if aunty is reading this she will understand and recognise me). To this he rudely said NO and asked me why cant I read the menu and decide a flavour. I told him I am regular customer and I have been selecting my ice creams the same way since the last two years and I am going to tell aunty the rude and unprofessional way he speaks with customers. To which he replied I am the owner and he doesn't care if I am regular customer.

Well my dear, if you are the owner you can keep your attitude and ice creams with you. Me and my friends will never ever visit your outlet. Good luck with your business. Without kindness lets see how far...

We have recently visited “ BonneBouche- The Brand With #Legacy Of Desai IceCream”.

We have many of times tried Desai’s ice cream & on that day we were in plan of having desert at Desai’s icecream & guess what, we found the name on the same place which is BonneBouche.

At the first glimpse I must tell you the exterior was looking really lovely, attractive, & unique. So, we got in to try something new.

The Guy who was hosting & running this parlour was really interactive , insisting to try new added flavors & was explaining about the tastes & ingredients of the ice cream in a pretty nice way.

His approach towards the new customers & promoting the new brand was really impressive.
