Kotak Mahindra Bank — Local services in Gujarat

My experience with Kotak Mahindra Bank has been nothing short of frustrating. I submitted a check for clearance, and shockingly, it took 22 days for them to even address the issue. After multiple visits (three, to be exact) to the branch, I was finally told that the check was returned because the date was missing — a detail they could have easily informed me about earlier.

The most disappointing part is that they only told me about the error 10 days after the check was canceled, and no one from the bank bothered to inform me about it. I had to physically visit the branch three times just to find out what went wrong. This is a clear indication of their lack of coordination and poor customer service.

Overall, Kotak Mahindra Bank's lack of communication, delayed processing, and lack of basic knowledge about checks makes it one of the worst banking experiences I've had. Would not recommend...

Recently I had wonderful TIME WASTING experience about Home Loan. Sales person has committed me with good features but Credit Manager made some different story totally oposite. Sales told that loan based on Market Valuation & Credit Manager providing me loan on registration value. What a Contradict. This clarification given me after 13 days when I have taken constant followups. There is no co-ordination observed between Credit and sales. Even Credit Manager doesn't know the company policy that loan on Market Valuation or Registered Value. It's Very ridiculous. Don't go for Home Loan and save time. Usually after 5 - 6 calls sales guy will answer your call if your day is good else better...

When I went to open an account I saw that the branch manager was shouting on their employees like a vegetable market.... So I decided not to open an account after watching this kind of behaviour.... I don't know why, a good private bank hires this kind of people..... Branch Manager was also rude to other people.... Guys don't open your account in this Bank... When I asked for the complain number to one of the bank staff they denied to share the number to...
