We had a good stay at Hotel Pride Plaza. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is well located . The staff all across are friendly and good. At the reception Shilpy and I forget the name of the other gentleman took care of our checkin ably. We were stepping outside for dinner but Vivek sold us the idea of having dinner at Sizzling Bbq. And were we glad! A huge spread from lychee mojito, a very delicately flavoured shorba, lip-smacking starters of fish tikka, shammi kabab, murgh kabab, chilli-chicken, super delicious main course of chicken handi, fish curry and delicately flavoured chicken biryani. The cherry on the top was a dessert platter of phirni, trifle , gulabjamun , shahi tukda. We fell in love with the shammi kabab, chicken handi and biryani and told Chef Pankaj Kumar so. The service of Simran and Vivek at our table had us delighted. A special mention of Vivek once again. We wanted to skip the shorba and main courses but for the biryani. I came to Ahmedabad on a business trip and was staying at the Pride Plaza Hotel and I had the privilege of attending the Food Festival at the Pride Plaza Hotel, and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. As soon as one of the hotel staff, Vivek, who is the operations manager at the restaurant, informed me about the incident, Every dish I tasted was a masterpiece, showcasing the culinary expertise of the talented chef. From appetizers to desserts, each plate was full of flavor and beautifully presented. I particularly enjoyed the Dungar Gosh.

The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring each guest felt welcome and cared for. It's clear that a lot of effort and passion went into organizing this event and it really paid off. I felt satisfied and looked forward to returning for future celebrations.
