Brewgarten — Restaurant in Gujarat

I recently visited this cafe and had a disappointing and pathetic experience. The staff is not at all welcoming and cooperative! Would not recommend this place for hangouts at all. We brought our OWN CARDS and were playing at OUR OWN TABLE, and suddenly one of the staff members calls us out and tells us to not PLAY OUR OWN CARDS ON OUR OWN TABLE. Then I politely went up to him to ask him the reason for the same. And his response was, “this makes people occupy the table for a longer time” and it’s very much ironic how they promote it as a WORKPLACE AND A CAFE WHERE YOU CAN HANGOUT. To which i said “we’ve ordered our beverages and food and we’ll only be playing our cards as long as we’re having our food. To which he gave another bullshit excuse saying “it creates nuisance.” IT CREATES NUISANCE ???? WE WERE AT OUR OWN TABLE, DRINKING THE COFFEE THAT WE PAID FOR AND PLAYING OUR OWN CARDS VERY QUIETLY AND HE’S SAYING IT CREATES NUISANCE ???? I still kept my calm and responded saying “If you think it creates nuisance, then you can ask us to stop at that very point and we will respect it and stop it”. AT THAT POINT HE GOT VERY ANNOYED BY MY VERY VALID JUSTIFICATIONS AND SNAPPED AT ME AND DISREGARDED ME COMPLETELY AND WALKED RIGHT OFF. To make matters worse, the bagel I ordered was the worst I've ever had— extreme dry, and devoid of any taste. It felt like it had been sitting out for days. I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, I won't be coming back. Also, when i asked them to replace it or help me with the quality, there was absolutely no coordination from them and got a very rude, mean and dry response from the staff because of our previous conversation. Must try - Sweltering Iceberg

One of the very few coffee joints in Ahmedabad that not only created a huge buzz on its opening but has also been consistently keeping up to the expectations. Brewgarten started its days from stalls in food festivals to a small outlet in food Park and now up with a permanent cafe in Navrangpura area. The cafe is really small but the interiors and lightning are very well designed. The seating is really trendy and comfortable. The place also has a lot of options for board games.

On the drinks front, we tried the following : Sweltering Iceberg : Good one cold coffee slushy you get in that 4.5/5

Chocolate Chip Cold Brew : A classical cold brew with a zist of chocolate in it. This one would surely be enjoyed by cold brew lovers. 4/5

Oreo Frappe : This one was too good to resist. Probably the best Oreo frappe in town. 5/5

Mocha : A speciality here and a must try. 5/5

Popcorn Shake : Rich in taste but too sweet for our taste buds. 3/5

Popcorn Coffee : A perfect blend of coffee and popcorn. This one was just awsome. 5/5

Strawberry Brew : A pretty unique and bitter drink, might not go well with every one. I personally enjoyed the taste. 4/5

Bom bon : Espresso Double shots with condensed Milk. A perfect delight for espresso lovers. This one was really smooth and tasty.
