Hotel Royal Grand — Hotel in Gujarat

I had worst experience, Staff is very arrogant and act loke goons . Initially i booked Hotel Online and checked in But when i extended my Stay and booked again online as it was showing discounted price , The staff forced me to cancel the Online booking and pay extra at Counter when i denied they said we don't have rooms even though my booking was confirmed , when i tried to call GOIBIBO customer care they started fighting . they are the big Froud. I would suggest to GOIBIBO to discontinue this hotel from your list ....

My online booking has been confirmed, but the room was refused with the hotel policy: “Foreigners are not allowed.”

They should at least make that clear in their hotel rules at booking sites.

It was a waste of time and money to travel to the hotel.

The only bright spot: I was allowed to briefly charge my almost empty smartphone.

Note: This seems to be common in Ahmedabad. Every hotel I visited in person said “Only Indiens” or “No foreigners”. But it's rude...

Terrible...you get every thing only after you ask for it..may be drinking water may be a dustbin or even geyser water. .The rooms are terribly stinky and they are so small that you hardly can move inside the room.They have managed to keep a double bed and a bathroom in a room that's it.They gave us water bottles as complimentary, and then charged...
