Was slated to go to this café to celebrate with one of my friends on her birthday. We were a group of 8-10 people. The café was supposed to open at 12pm. However, despite waiting till 12:15 p.m., no one came and opened the shutters while we waited - all while the manager should've known that there would be patrons waiting. From what my friend narrated to us, she had a terrible experience while making a booking as well. The message essentially sent out to first time customers was the complete lack of professionalism and disregard for values such as punctuality and honouring commitments.

In the end we went to a Chinese restaurant beside it, not knowing when the café would be opened. I cannot comment on the quality of food, service etc. but after this myself and my friends never want to give this café business again, much less make a...

Scam done by cashier.! We were supposed to use freedem coupons for BOGO. Now to get maximum benefits of our voucher, we specifically asked the cashier to make separate bills for requested pair of milkshakes. But the cashier didn't pay heed to our request and made a singl bill by her own will. This is completely unacceptable. It is a fraud done to the consumer. If you cannot honour the offer completely, then why do you float the offer at first place. You shouldn't deprive your customer from their benefits and request. This is unfair business practice. I would ask noone to visit this Shake Maker outlet. Brand's goodwill is tarnished by such outlets and employees!...

Only thing good about this place is atmosphere that too if you want to sit at upper level only. The ambiance is good—nice place to chill with friends or family. If you’re looking for a cool spot this summer, definitely go for a shake at Shake Makers!

Food is extremely mid by the taste and and if you couple it with the price you pay its terrible also most of must try items , we thought this experience would be compensated by good service but in our case it wasn't they made us change tables for some tarot card reading lady. I also ordered Italian French Fries, which were tasty and crispy. I did try their pasta too, but honestly, I didn’t like it much. Not my thing. But their shakes never disappoint! The ambiance is good—nice place to chill with friends or family. If you’re looking for a cool spot this summer, definitely go for a shake at Shake Makers!
