Red Rose Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

So I have been visiting red rose for more than a decade.I have had mixed experiences. I will start with my favourite dish -Veg pulao.It is lip smacking and no one can replace their taste.It tastes best when I tell them to add more veggies.Otherwise it tastes like masala bhaat. 4/5

Their hakka noodles and chilli garlic noodles are also good.However Sometimes they did mess up sometimes.Once hakka noodles were really spicy and once there was no spices.Chilli garlic noodles if u tell them to keep it medium spicy then they don't put spice at all.Also the taste isn't same as it used to be before. 3.5/5

With dosa it's a hit or miss . Sometimes it's perfect other times it undercooked . Once I ordered sada dosa crispy .They got it undercooked .I had a little bit and when I returned and ordered pav bhaji instead they only gave me one pav bcoz I had eaten some dosa before. Another time I had ordered. Spring dosa the chutney inside dosa was really spicy .Then once the dosa batter was sour.Then once they gave undercooked rava dosa which was literally white and inedible.Then recently the dosa was perfectly crispy but had no salt.They literally halved the qty of bhaji inside dosa and also discontinued the red chutney which I liked.

Manchurian are literally inedible .There's no gobi and only maida.Wouldnt recommend . 1/5 Paneer chilli is good . 3/5

The chef needs to be attentive .They mess up even when it's not overcrowded.

They have raised prices like anything over past few years.They need to keep it in check.

Sometimes the waiter is not attentive and doesnt come to take order in time.
