I recently posted review under my other account 'Misa Amane' regarding how one of the staff behaved rudely with us for simply asking a question. I'd like to clarify more on that since the response we recieved is not only completely unrelated to the situation but also blatantly false. We simply asked them about applicability of Swiggy dine out yet they started shouting at us for not having read the board and how we had to book 30 minutes prior. MIND YOU we're paying customers, their quality of food severely lacking compared to its price already had us feeling low and on top of that, having to deal with such staff distressed us even more. Now I can't even express my frustration without being gaslit here? We're 17 and very well aware of the place's policies. I can assure very well that none of us were smoking or even attempting to yet they had the AUDACITY to lie here and misrepresent the whole situation? To discredit us and justify their aggression? I don't know why they're playing so hard to be the good guy because they were clearly at fault for not being professional. They really resorted to lying and deflecting the blame. The response from their side is just so mean and epitome of how unprofessional they can get. Now even merely having a sight of this cafe while I'm passing by Alkapuri enrages me.
Edit : Still does not justify smoking allegations. Avoiding accountability behind name of livelihood and legacy. Still I wish you well and hope your future customers do not leave feeling...
Read moreWith a very heavy heart, i m writing this, it might be offensive, but it's the whole truth, we went to the place on two different occasions, the first time we went the experience was good, good food great ambiance, and we were so happy that it is a pet friendly cafe, we even asked a lot of thorough questions and took permission if we could bring in our puppies, my husband and I, we have two puppies a golden retriever 6months and a lab 4and a half months. When we went there, as usual our girls were very much excited about meeting their dog sparkly, and we all dog parents knows that these breeds are very people and other animals friendly, their excitement and energy level is very very high, so this was the usual scene for us, and our girls were on the leash in my hands, and the same lady that we inquired about, she straight forward asked us to keep our puppies out coz they were making so much noise, and we were so shocked, it was so hot outside, my husband immediately decided that we should leave and we left, it was really really humiliating, i mean they have full grown labs, they would have been puppies at one point I don't know y they were so shocked and kicked us out. They were just plain rude and unwelcoming, it's a strict NOOOOO if we wanna take ur puppies their. Also they didn't have half of the...

I ordered the Tandoori Paneer Pizza and the Biscoff Cheesecake, and I’m still thinking about them hours later. The pizza was just wow — smoky, perfectly crisp crust, generous toppings, and that lovely desi kick in every bite. It’s not your typical bland cafe pizza — it actually fills you up and satisfies.
But the real showstopper? That Biscoff Cheesecake. I kid you not, it’s one of the best cheesecakes I’ve had in Gujarat. Creamy, not overly sweet, with the right amount of biscoff crumble… looked gorgeous and tasted even better.
The vibe is super cozy — wooden furniture, antique décor, and a entrance that’s so Instagrammable yet calm. A place you could sit for hours with a book, a laptop, or someone special.
Service was warm and attentive, but not overbearing — exactly what you want in a café like this.
Highly recommend this place if you’re in Vadodara and want to experience more than just food — it’s heritage, it’s charm, it’s comfort...
