Pathetic Experience.

I had gone to the restaurant for dine-in, I paid for my order 3 times through my UPI app, 2 failed transactions due to their internal server down and 1 successful transaction which also ended up as failed resulting in a reversal slip getting generated (Meaning, Money deducted but Domino's didn't receive it), They then told me to order via zomato and since they are handling the delivery, they can manage it without any issues.

I proceeded to order via Zomato and paid through Amazon Pay.

The food was absolutely unappealing look wise and tasted extremely bland,

I was afraid of raising a complaint Directly at the outlet as there was a very rude & aggressive domino's employee, Who would raise his voice and misbehave, so I quietly ate and left, Please take action against the food quality and behaviour of the employee so that future customers are served better and the employee in question behaves properly the way humans are supposed to be dealt with instead of treating them like wild animals.

I am not sure what was the name of the employee but on my Zomato App screen, it's showing as Pathan Mahir Khan delivered my order, he may or may not be the employee in question. Actually I picked up my order on my own from the counter after it was ready. I am yet to get the refund for the UPI Transaction for which Reversal Slip...

Today date: Oct 30, 2025 time 4.48 pm order was placed, the order was India tandoori cheese burst pizza medium, farm house medium cheese burst pizza regularly, and stuffed garlic bread The issues were: The order was delivered very late. The order packaging was very roughly packaged. Order content were extremely cold. The order was wrong made, as it was order for cheese burst, but there was no cheese burst present. Customer service was extremely poor as the staff was unable to comprehend as to what was being said. I would request the store manager or the store owner to hire particular Individual with proper etiquette and who knows the customer service. In addition, it's my humble request, to make proper order so that customer satisfaction is achieved. Very poor quality of service and product delivered from this location.

The pizza looked like it was tossed together in a hurry. The toppings were unevenly scattered, with some slices overloaded while others were bare. The cheese was burned and had a greasy, unappetizing appearance. Taste: The crust was stale and chewy, more like cardboard than bread. The tomato sauce was overly tangy and tasted artificial, while the cheese had a plastic-like texture. The toppings were either undercooked or overcooked, with no balance in flavor. Truly disappointing! The pizza looked like someone threw random leftovers on a piece of bread. There was no attention to detail, and it came out looking chaotic and unprofessional. Taste: It was a flavorless mess. The crust tasted freezer-burned, the sauce was bitter, and the cheese tasted processed. The toppings were bland and didn’t complement each other at all.
