Pathetic Experience.
I had gone to the restaurant for dine-in, I paid for my order 3 times through my UPI app, 2 failed transactions due to their internal server down and 1 successful transaction which also ended up as failed resulting in a reversal slip getting generated (Meaning, Money deducted but Domino's didn't receive it), They then told me to order via zomato and since they are handling the delivery, they can manage it without any issues.
I proceeded to order via Zomato and paid through Amazon Pay.
The food was absolutely unappealing look wise and tasted extremely bland,
I was afraid of raising a complaint Directly at the outlet as there was a very rude & aggressive domino's employee, Who would raise his voice and misbehave, so I quietly ate and left, Please take action against the food quality and behaviour of the employee so that future customers are served better and the employee in question behaves properly the way humans are supposed to be dealt with instead of treating them like wild animals.
I am not sure what was the name of the employee but on my Zomato App screen, it's showing as Pathan Mahir Khan delivered my order, he may or may not be the employee in question. Actually I picked up my order on my own from the counter after it was ready. I am yet to get the refund for the UPI Transaction for which Reversal Slip...

The order packaging was very roughly packaged. Order content were extremely cold. The order was wrong made, as it was order for cheese burst, but there was no cheese burst present. Customer service was extremely poor as the staff was unable to comprehend as to what was being said. I would request the store manager or the store owner to hire particular Individual with proper etiquette and who knows the customer service.
