Domino's Pizza | Shailly Complex, Ahmedabad — Restaurant in Gujarat

I recently ordered from Domino’s and had one of the worst food experiences. The pizza arrived cold and soggy, as if it had been sitting out for a long time. There was absolutely no freshness left in it, and the cheese had hardened by the time it reached me.

What’s worse, the hygiene level was totally unacceptable. The delivery was made using an electric scooter, and shockingly, the pizza box was kept between the delivery guy’s legs — right on the footrest area! That’s not just unprofessional, it’s downright unhygienic and unsafe. I don't know how any food company can allow this kind of handling.

Clearly, Domino’s is compromising on quality and customer health to cut costs. There was no thermal bag, no food-grade handling — just a plain box exposed to dust, pollution, and who knows what else.

For a brand that charges a premium and claims to be the best in pizza delivery, this is unacceptable. Domino’s seriously needs to train their staff, improve hygiene standards, and rethink their logistics if they want to maintain even a basic level of...

I love to eat only Domino's pizza since i was Kid but this outlet disappointed me I ordered two times on a call my pizza they have already my address I am regular customer the executive one call conformed my address talk time after half an hour I didn't get my pizza then I call back they told me sorry sir I can't tell you are your Pizza because your area is out of delivery area I spoke with manager they also repeat same they told me it's our executive mistake to take your order then I told the manager I am regular customer of dominos' he confirmed my address after place order manager didn't listen me and put down the my call then after few days I placed again another order again they repeat same what the f* is going on Dominos this outlet I never recommended now to Domino's because of this f* outlet the staff is...

What is wrong with Domino's. I'm super frustrated with outlets here. The only pizza i love love is creamy tomato pasta pizza and they cannot get this right. I have suffered a million time with this. The situation are as follows :

1. Wrong sauce, it clearing states tomato but the can't get that right. Like seriously.

2. Wrong topping in dine- in missing topping, one sided toppings while deliveries.

3. Not available ingredients. And inform us after the order is placed online.

4. And yes, there is variation in taste always in outlets.

I request Domino's please don't spoil this yummy pizza for me. I super done. I have to think twice to have Domino's for my meals. Everytime they have some issue.
