Grill kitchen Ultimate BBQ Sindhu Bhavan — Restaurant in Gujarat

Detailed Review :-

Price was 499+ Taxes for dinner as on 25-08-2021.

*We ordered Mocktail "Masala Fizz" It was worst, tasted like a medicine. We told to replace but they said it can't be done. Even the same comment was passed from the other table as well, that it taste like a medicine.

*On the Grill part was also not upto the mark, Panner has no taste, Grill Potato was Okayish, Mushroom was also Okayish, Masala Bhutta was superb as it was having masala and tangy flavour, Pineapple didn't go well with grill, So remove it. Overall only masala bhutaa is good while other were not upto the mark for 500 + 2.5% Gst Price.

*Appetisers were the same as grill, I notices in cheese nuggets , Cheese was missing, literally only 2-3 % cheese was visible like I can see the white portion if cheese but I can't feel the taste as it was tooooo less, Crispy and Rajma Kebab were also not tasting good, Blunt Taste. Taste was Flat, no spicy, tangy, sour etc etc taste was there.

*Pizza's Were Good Though, they were having cheese and also I can taste the Cheese as well.

*Main course was also Okayish, Nothing like a extraordinary things there, I felt the the name is different but the taste was almost the same of all gravy dishes in main course. So better avoid it.

*In dessert, I love the Fruit Custard. It was the best things I eat there, and other dessert were Okayish type.

Note :- Service was the worst part, like they were not refilling the grill properly, You have to tell them every time to refill it. But they don't pay heed to your request. They guy on the other table was asking red sauce and they pick the red sauce from our table and give it to them, just think about the management. Always remember they fill grills not with the exotic things like mushroom, Pineapple or bhutta. They will bring panner, potato, krispy, Cheese nuggets where cheese is missing, Rajma kebab, Pizza. So you don't ask Pineapple, Mushroom or other exotic things.

So always tell them every time what to bring and What to not. In buffet always go for the best things and avoid other, Just taste it and ask for the exotic dishes. Also don't know why the Plates were heavy, Can't it be a normal Plates. So that we can put more food, as a heavier plate you can't handle it with one hand while putting the food in it. So ultimately you ended up putting less food.

Overall One time Visit only, for the experience.

Price - ⭐ , Found Expensive as per Taste. Quality - ⭐,. Not Pleasing to taste Buds, Most of the Items. Service - ⭐, Worst. Quantity - ⭐, Quantity was there, But Quality was missing.

Unlimited Buffet Dinner..

Even on the weekdays, it was full House and we have to wait for almost an hour. ⏰

Quite good place for Unlimited food with various choices from Starter to Dessert.

Doctor Uncle came from USA 🇺🇸 and so , we took him for dinner along with few friends.

Every month they changed the menu. Precisely every 6th Day of the month, menu will be changed and replace with new one.

At the moment , it is having capacity of 50 for dine-in but they are coming up with capacity of 104 people at some other place.

So here you go to the food ride…….

#Mocktail : we had #BlueSkies and #MasalaCola : Ok –Ok. To kill the time, we just tried it.

#Starter :

Tandoori #Lollipop– Good with crunchy stick. Sizzling Double Corn 🌽 : Sizzle like Sizzling Bollywood Beauties. Thai Spring Roll : Fully Stuffed and big one like a Cigar. Good

#OnTheGrill :

Punajabi #PaneerTikka : Classic, Soft, Tender tikka. Love them. Tandoori Baby Potato 🥔: પનીર હોય તો #બટાકા કોણ ખાય ? 😂😂 Pepper #Mushroom 🍄 It was good. Roasted Pineapple 🍍: Absolute BBQ has set an standard for pineapple so in comparison it was ok

#Pizza 🍕 : Margherita and Grill Veg : I have tried it with sweet chili sauce and believe me , it changed the whole taste. ( Rajvi Saumil try next time pizza with Sweet chily sauce)

#GolGappaChat : Basically a sev puri and it was nice.

#Pasta : Pasta in #Forranggio Sauce : It was quite good so that I have avoided #Tomato Basil Pasta.

Main Course :

#Soup : I had #MexicanChilliBean Soup : good amount of beans in the soup but not spicy. #LemomLaska Soup : I didn’t try but friends were saying it was good in taste.

#Baked dish Veg Augratin, Curry : Shahi Paneer, Veg Kolhapuri Dal Tadka, Jeera Rice Orange Glazed over Rice, Lemon Butter Sauce ( I love this ) Roti /Naan, Papad

Three Beans Salad : Good Garden Villa : Onion, Lemon American #Coleslaw

#Dessert :

Rainbow 🌈 Cake 🍰 Black Forest Pastry 🥮 Chocolate Mousse Gulab Jamun (Really Hot and less sugary )

Date: 17-Apr-2025 Time: 20.00/20.30 Head count: 5 Start with grill starters Issue: every 10 mins, checking if the starters are finished. Mocktail only one serve Issue: As soon as u have finished glass, without asking permission and checking if u want refill(although paid) stealing glasses from Table as in we were going to refill it without them noticing. Each and every staff was not asking if we want anything, they seemed like commanding us to tell them if we want anything. Weird and totally indecent, I even checked with manager if he had fight at home till then he was strict and serious as hell. Main course Food Quality; Okayish(nothing special or so as to call different and delicious) Ambience: The grilling is done in same long hall as dining area so u will be seldom covered with hot smoke and without ventilation other than main door, might even feel a bit hot.(I sweated) Final stage: Dessert time, constant watch by 3 people around table if we are wrapping up and vacating the table for their other customers. Because as I see all the other tables were full(means restaurant is somehow doing great) Finally, the pastry dish was basically snatched away without permission which would indicate that they can ask us which the manager actually did "Are we done?" We were outside restaurant after paying bill(worst part facing this hostile experience 😀😃) at 20.40 So here's end to my total worthless experience of this place in off SBR.
