Having recently visited Punjabiyan By Jassi De Parathe during a trip from the UK, our family took us here for a meal, and I must say, it exceeded every expectation.
The restaurant is located on a main road that’s bustling with energy, with the constant vibrancy of people and traffic giving it a truly local charm. Despite the lively surroundings, the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a warm, clean, and inviting atmosphere. The interiors are well maintained, with an appealing look that immediately sets the tone for a great dining experience.
We decided to try a variety of dishes to get a feel for the menu. We started with Masala Papad, which was crisp, fresh, and bursting with flavour. The Hara Bhara Kabab followed—perfectly spiced, soft on the inside yet beautifully crisp on the outside. Moving on to the mains, the Paneer curry was outstanding, rich in flavour with just the right balance of spices. The freshly made naan complemented the curry wonderfully, soft and fluffy while still holding a slight bite.
One of the standout offerings was their gluten-free chapati, made from Ragi (finger millet flour). Being health-conscious and with family members who sometimes need gluten-free options, this was a thoughtful addition to the meal. It was cooked to perfection—soft, earthy, and surprisingly flavourful. It was clear that care and skill had gone into preparing it.
Beyond the food, the service was exceptional. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, friendly, and always willing to explain dishes or offer suggestions. Every small detail was taken care of promptly, making us feel not just like customers, but valued guests.
In short, this restaurant delivered on every front—ambience, food quality, variety, and service. It is rare to find all these elements executed so consistently, and Punjabiyan By Jassi De Parathe truly deserves recognition for it.
Overall, I would rate this dining experience 10/10. Whether you’re a local looking for authentic, hearty food or a visitor like us wanting a taste of regional flavours done right, this place is absolutely worth visiting. Highly...
