Hocco Eatery (Wide Angle) — Restaurant in Gujarat

I've been visiting Hocco Eatery for a couple of years now, and while the food has generally been good, the service has degraded significantly. During my latest visit, we ordered the Chhole Bhature, which is usually their best dish. However, the bhature were a bit cold and not served hot as expected. The Corn Cheese Wrap was good, though, and saved the meal from being a complete disappointment.

What really ruined the experience was the service. We had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes before a waiter approached us, and even then, it took asking 3 to 4 times before he took our order, despite his assurances that he would be with us shortly. This level of service is simply unacceptable.

Hocco Eatery needs to seriously address these service issues to retain loyal customers. Two stars for the decent food, but the poor service makes it hard to recommend this...

Worst service and worst management...Waiters and manager have no sense to talk.. It's happening 3rd time at havmor else I would not have written this... Today I went to there and I saw one senior citizen uncle was sitting on the chair n waiting for his turn and one waiter came and asked for the chair that too very rudly...he doesn't have sense to talk with senior citizen...Uncle And his family had left without having dinner ...Have some respect guys ...we indians give respect to everyone ...for senior citizen, we provide extra facilities and services at every place n ...just because of one chair you will insult any one... guys we are paying for the food keep that in your mind... I request to the concern person to change this bloody staff... I would never suggest...

Hi, there. I want to share my experience for the Hocco outlet available in Ahmedabad Sarkhej Road (Which is just besides of Wide-angle mall). Me and my fiancée went out there for the dinner. We ordered “Paav Bhaji”. It was almost more than a hour our order didn’t came. We decided to move forward & have some other food with other restaurant. I have tried to give the feedback to the manager over there (A person with the specs and white colour skin with the attitude like a Ranbeer Kapoor). He didn’t take a moment to understand the problem & gave us the answer like “Okay Sahi he Aapki marzi”. So I think such kind of people should be thrown out from the company/outlet which are not respecting their customers. I’m going to mail the same thing in the main branch...
