Subway SG highway — Restaurant in Gujarat

Staff is inefficient, this branch plays loud religious music and food is poorly made.

Firstly, the cheese on my toastie was burned and was less than what is usually given.

Second, they give old toastie for the price of new toastie without the dip. If I'm paying the price for new toastie which comes with the dip, it makes no sense to pay more charges for less. Not that I care about the dip.

Lastly, this branch doesn't perform in the official subway review program a.k.a global.subway survey which means they will never improve or listen to customer feedback which tells enough.

Extremely bad, terrible, obnoxious behaviour from subway wide angle. We ordered salad and 75 percent bowl was empty. The rest 25 percent had stinky tomatoes. When we complained, the owner started misbehaving with us. Used obnoxious language. Completely outraging the modesty of a woman. Never expected this from subway. Street vendors are better than such unethical people!!

Filing an official complaint. They take such complaints as a joke.. but we will try our level best to fight against it and prove that in a civilised society they can't run businesses in such a disgraceful way under a big name...

Should have read the reviews online before going to this outlet. The place is smaller than the other subways and the location is kinda tacky too. We ordered two Aloo Patty Subs with Cheese Pull, saw him prepare them in front of us but the pull was, somehow, in none of them. The sauces were piped to the edges which created a lot of spill, leaving the insides all dry.
