From recommending dishes to providing prompt and efficient service, the staff members go above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience.
I was particularly impressed by the attention given to cleanliness and hygiene. It was reassuring to see their commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for all guests.

Read moreComplete waste of money. The restaurant doesn't even care to understand the kind of customers they are catering to, they just keep the menu as they wish. They are charging 1600/- per person for buffet but the quality of food and service is not worth the price. You can get a better service and food in a small dhaba.
They kept a clay pot and steel glasses for buttermilk same as the one's we use for water at home. After sometime they changed it and kept something in which the tap was not working but they didn't even care to change and serve the customers. Near to 3 PM one of their associates came to us and asked to take the desserts as they were closing the counters but to our surprise there was only 1 small piece of cake, we asked them to refill the desserts but of no use as they didn't care to refill it.
They didn't even fill the glass of water until and unless asked to do so. They didn't even care to change the used forks and knifes until I requested them to change it. As they have a live roti counter we asked them to serve garlic naan and butter naan, in which we had to search both for garlic and butter. I never knew Novotel was so caring about the customers health and not their request.
Washrooms were filthy, tissue papers where lying on the ground and the taps in the wash basin were not working, no one from the hotel cared to check if the washrooms were clean. I even informed a lady working at the frontdesk but she even didn't care to go check and get it cleaned.
I went for lunch with my friends today and had to face this kind of awful service with a 5 star brand like Novotel. I gave the same feedback to the restaurant manager Pankaj but he didn't even say sorry once or didn't even say we will take care of it next them. If a manager from hospitality industry behaves like this what can you expect from the remaining staff and they call themselves a 5 star brand.
When the bill arrived, as I was paying from Swiggy, I confirmed with Pankaj whether I have to include the 39 paise in the payment and he said yes. As Swiggy was not accepting the 39 paise, I kept 1 rupee and he shamelessly says that we do not accept cash.
Novotel needs to hire better managers and chef otherwise they will have to shutdown their...
Read moreWe had gone there on a nice cool Tuesday evening and decided to sit on the porch outside Square as we had a kid with us and we didn't want to have dinner that day. We have been there earlier as well as every time we were satisfied with the experience but this time it was different. First they said they won't be serving anything other than tea/coffee in that area but we have been served other snacks in the past, I don't understand why it should be any different now. After requesting, they agreed to serve French fries and nachos (which could have been served very quickly). It took like forever to process the order. They still managed to serve the teas and nachos after a while, but the French fries didn't turn up even after almost an hour, when we finally asked them to get the check did they realize that the order was pending. The fries seemed like they were re-done. Hardly had they placed the plate on the table when the check arrived and the service staff just stood there with the check open and we had to assure him that we were just served and will definitely pay and leave. So much for 5 star and manners! The restaurant wasn't that busy for dinner but still the service was painfully slow and we could see other tables around us also facing the same treatment. They need to realize that the people sitting on the porch outside are ALSO guests and need to be treated like usual guests, we weren't sitting there for free. Special mention to Narayan, who probably forgot how to talk to guests, i believe he thought of us as "lesser-guests" since we were not INSIDE the restaurant. We definitely know how to take care of OUR child and see to it that he doesn't get hurt but Narayan couldn't stop repeating that we should see where our kid is going and had to be told to lower his voice while talking to a lady. The service and the staff marred our experience of the evening and somehow ensured that we make sure not to select this place if we are looking to spend some quality time with good...
