Ok, only thing favourable is for this place is locational advantage, and that has gone over their head. So if you go their to buy something they have some set pattern of conditions, let's say their jalebi is Rs 300 per kg, but you can not buy 100 gms, you have buy minimum of Rs 50 only, fafda they don't sell of less than Rs 100, there are many more conditions which keep changing with weather.
