From a lack of leadership skills to a complete disregard for customer satisfaction, My function was held there and even water was not served on time , and when issues arise, the manager seems more interested in avoiding responsibility than resolving problems. Never ever go to this hotel. The rooms are small, the bathrooms are tiny and the owner is a rude and arrogant person who is ready to fight with customers.
I raised issues related to the blankets as they were torn and wet and the owner started fighting with me. He said that the customers who do the bookings online are pain. He also started showing me how less he gets after the booking portals take their cuts. This guy doesn't give a damm that you are a customer.
