Meraki – The Coffee House is a decent and inviting place to enjoy a cup of coffee with friends, family, or even for a solo visit. It’s a spot where you can unwind, work, or catch up with loved ones, all while sipping on a delicious coffee blend.

The café offers a minimal and unique menu that stands out for its simplicity yet quality. Whether you’re a coffee connoisseur or simply looking for a light bite, Meraki has a variety of options to choose from. I personally tried their Mocha coffee and a Sourdough sandwich, and I must say, I was in love with both! The Mocha was rich and perfectly balanced between sweet and bitter, and the Sourdough sandwich was absolutely delicious—crispy, fresh, and packed with flavor. It was a wonderful combination, and I could definitely see myself returning for this exact order again and again.

Another highlight is that the prices at Meraki are quite affordable, making it a great spot to enjoy high-quality coffee and food without breaking the bank. For those who prefer a no-frills experience, this is an excellent option.

As for the atmosphere, it has a more corporate vibe, with many visitors coming in for work meetings or to get some work done. The café is often bustling with people, which can sometimes make it a little tricky to find an empty table, especially during peak hours. Despite the hustle and bustle, the interior of Meraki is aesthetic and classy, giving the space a warm and modern feel that’s perfect for both professional and casual outings.

However, there is one aspect that I wasn’t particularly fond of: the self-service system. Unlike many other cafés, the staff doesn’t take your order at the table. Instead, you have to go up to the counter to place your order, which I personally find less convenient. It’s a minor downside, but one that could be a bit of a turn-off for those who prefer table service.

Overall, Meraki – The Coffee House is a great spot for coffee lovers, with a unique and flavorful menu, affordable prices, and a classy ambiance. While the rush and self-service system might be a downside for some, the delicious food and drinks make it well worth the visit. Highly recommend for anyone in the area looking to enjoy a good cup of coffee in a cozy yet bustling...

I want to share my experience at Meraki The Coffee House to ensure nobody else goes through the same unpleasant situation. Last Sunday evening, my wife and I visited, ordered some items, and enjoyed our time. While discussing things with a waiter, the so-called "operational manager," Dhey, started shouting loudly at us and behaving terribly. He rudely told us not to ask him about the food or coffee to the waiter, but to go to the counter instead. His arrogance and rudeness were unacceptable, and his attitude towards customers showed a superiority complex.

Instead of addressing our queries or concerns professionally, Dhey's approach was characterized by raised voices and an overtly confrontational attitude. What made this interaction indicative of a superiority complex was not just the redirection but the manner in which it was executed. Dhey's tone was condescending, and his overall attitude suggested that our questions were beneath his consideration. The unnecessary insistence on redirecting us to the counter rather than addressing our concerns directly reflected a belief in his own superiority and an apparent disregard for providing quality customer service.

Honestly, the food at Meraki The Coffee House is above average, and the atmosphere is nice. However, the behavior of this operational manager, Dhey, was extremely disappointing. To be frank, their false pride in thinking they are among the finest establishments is unwarranted. They seem like wannabe Starbucks but are far from it. Starbucks knows how to treat customers, and Meraki is nowhere close to that...

[Must Read] Very Truthful Review | No Sugar Coat 1.) Very Overhyped Place (Might be some Paid Reviews / Advertisement) 2.) Taste is Good (Similar to Other Cafe's) Not Worth the Money (Super Costly, How can some 30-50 Rs Item be Sold for Rs 300-350? We are ready to Pay 3 Times, Like 100 Around, But Rs 300 is Certainly Not Justified!) 3.) Ambience is also Fine but space is Very Less [Shop is Small & will be Full by People who order 1 Coffee and Sit for 6 hrs] 4.) Google Location is Misleading - Its Showing Near Starbucks 5.) Overall, Nice Place to do Time Pass / Dating, Can be Tried One Time Only. But, Make sure Even after Spending Rs 500 your Hunger won't be Satisfied! Quantity is Very Less as compared to Price Charged.

Random search for a cafe and I got landed in Meraki. Cozy cafe on the second floor with full of young vibes. Work n coffee is the best combo here I guess. Do try different coffees, which is their speciality. They also sell some products of Kokoro - coffee. It holds an amazing history of Gujarati coffee brand. I had cortado coffee. It was yum hot coffee. I did not like the way all staff was looking at us. Maybe because we were not Gujarati, or anything might be the reason. But that whispering was uneasy. Though it was not harmful, it was certainly not welcoming.
