KFC — Restaurant in Gujarat

This outlet has been a constant letdown, and I’m finally forced to write this review after facing the same issues multiple times.

First, the place is filthy. Outdoor seating is neglected, tables are layered with dust, and cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here.

But what really pushes this to a 1-star is the repeated failure with orders. Not once, not twice — but almost every time I’ve ordered, items have been missing. Yesterday was the last straw: I placed a large order, only to discover fries were missing and the long chicken sandwich was made with burnt bread. For a brand like KFC, this is simply unacceptable.

To top it off, when I tried calling the store, no one picked up. Zero accountability. Zero customer care.

If you do order from this outlet, check every single item before leaving — because chances are, they’ll short-change you.

And let’s be honest — even when the order is “complete,” the food quality and taste here are far worse than other KFCs I’ve visited.

This isn’t just disappointing — it’s frustrating, careless, and shows a complete lack of respect for customers.

I had the worst experience of my life at KFC Chandkheda today.

I placed an order, and even after 30 minutes, my order wasn’t ready. The place was almost empty — no crowd, no rush — so there was absolutely no reason for such a delay.

When I went to ask about my order, the person in this photo behaved very rudely. Instead of apologizing or helping, he arrogantly said, “It will take time.”

When I told him it’s already been 30 minutes, his shocking reply was — “It will take time, or you can cancel your order. Go try somewhere else.”

On top of that, he told me, ‘Where’s your bill? Write your name and mobile number behind it.’ Is this how a reputed brand like KFC treats its customers?

Is this the customer service you promise? Do you even provide customer service training to your staff?

I strongly recommend strict action against this staff member for his unprofessional and arrogant behavior. Such incidents damage your brand’s image and break customer trust.

I have visited this place 4 times in noon, and my experience regarding central AC is very poor, extremely poor, when asked about cooling the AC more in view of feeling hot, staff gives me different different reasoning every time i visited. 1st time the said, maintenance work going on 2nd time they said ac service work going on 3rd time they replied some digging work going on hence ac is working slow 4th time they gave me extremely hard to engulf reason that the temperature outside is very hot hence central ac wouldn’t work as per necessity, and not even in these store but u will face this issue every store u visit.
