Most pathetic experience I have ..it's just spoiling pizza hut brand. I ordered 4 pizza 1 garlic bread , two choco volcano ...they did not have choco volcano and instead they gave two more garlic bread... Unfortunately all 3 garlic bread I received was not fresh and stinking badly. Pizza also was not much hot , delivery also took almost 50mins for 3km range. Now come to customer care.. when I complained about this issue they told with in 15mins I will get call from manager of the outlet..but after 1 hour I have to again call as no one responded back...now when I got call back ,manager refused to do any thing on that and when I I soughted on him he agrees to give another Garlic bread that too not same day..

Don't know why in Ahmedabad I get this kind of service from branded food companies. Will never go for Pizza hut ...! Beaware and be safe.

Staffs are not supportive and their behaviours are not appropriate. And also application need to be updated with options of dine-in, take-away and delivery. Because every person is not aware about pizza hut dine-in features. Because every fast food frenchise have their individual application and dine-in option so staff should attend every customer when customer arrived. In my case i have ordered in take-away because pizza hut application don't have dine-in option that's why i opted for take away and then staff told us to take our order and went out and than after few minutes they came back and told that we provide you pizza but we can't serve your drinks because bottles are not allowed.
