Great Food and Atmosphere, But Disappointing Payment Experience
I recently dined at Tempt, a pure vegetarian restaurant, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere with options for both rooftop and interior dining. The food served was delicious, and I enjoyed my culinary journey there.
The menu at Tempt offers a wide range of delectable vegetarian dishes, and the quality of the food was impressive. Each dish I tried was prepared with care and presented beautifully. The flavors were well-balanced, and the ingredients used were fresh and of high quality. It's safe to say that the chefs at Tempt know their craft well.
The restaurant's ambiance added to the overall dining experience. The rooftop seating provided a lovely view and a soothing atmosphere, while the interior dining area exuded warmth and comfort. Whether you prefer a more open-air experience or a cozy setting, Tempt offers options to cater to different preferences.
However, I encountered a disappointment during my visit. Towards the end of my meal, when it came time to pay, I encountered an issue with the staff. I intended to pay through Swiggy Dinout, as they were offering a discount for online payments. However, the staff declined to accept this form of payment, which left me feeling frustrated. This incident marred an otherwise enjoyable experience and left a negative impression.
It's worth mentioning that Tempt can be a bit pricey compared to some other vegetarian restaurants in the area. However, the quality of the food and the overall experience make it worth considering for a special occasion or a treat.
In conclusion, Tempt offers a delightful dining experience with its delicious vegetarian cuisine, pleasant ambiance, and a choice between rooftop and interior dining. While the staff's refusal to accept my preferred payment method was disappointing, it should not overshadow the restaurant's positive aspects. I would recommend giving Tempt a try if you're looking for a vegetarian restaurant with a good selection of dishes and a...
Read moreWe visited Temptt Restaurant and Cafe on my wedding anniversary, but unfortunately, the experience wasn’t what we had hoped for. The restaurant is on the 6th floor, with a rooftop cafe on the 7th. We initially wanted to have dinner, but after asking the staff, they directed us to the cafe. Once there, we were told they only serve drinks and snacks, and we needed to go back to the restaurant for dinner.
After returning to the restaurant, we opted for a table on the balcony, but there was no working fan, so we had to wait. When we were finally seated, the furniture was dirty and uncomfortable. We asked for a different table, but it had the same issue with dirty covers. We managed somehow, but it wasn’t a pleasant start.
We ordered a sizzler, mint mojito, and crispy veggies. The service was disappointing. We had to ask them to serve our food, and no one attended to us after it was delivered. The mint mojito arrived halfway through the sizzler, and the crispy veggies were a big letdown. Despite asking if they had exotic vegetables, the dish was just regular sautéed veggies that were burnt and tasted bad. Even after raising our concerns with the captain and owner, they didn’t apologize or show any regret.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The cafe’s ambiance and view were good, and the live music added a nice touch. The cafe staff was also more polite, and the parking facilities were decent. However, the poor service and subpar food at the restaurant overshadowed...
Read moreFirst of all I would like to suggest Google to add 0 number to start the rating so that I can definitely give this place. I went with my friends who eat Jain food strictly. We went there at 8pm today and got the table at 10:15 pm, we also had small kids with us. We clearly mentioned to have 100% Jain food. There is a saying, mistakes happen only once, if it repeats then its a habit. We clearly told no cabbage, no carrots in any of the dishes, they served us with the ingredients that were to be excluded. Upon repetitive complaints related to the food, first they tried to give us foolish answers explaining us by not accepting their mistake. When they found out that their mistakes cannot be covered now, the owner came out saying rudely that Chaiye Khana? this line was the most horrible from him. He was saying as if he is giving us food for free. You don't get this kind of response from anywhere. I would like to say that the situation in the whole city and all cafes and restaurants are same during festivals. All the owners don't give this kind of answers after making us wait for 2 hrs. Pathetic, irresponsible, inappropriate, careless hospitality. You cannot just succeed by serving good food, the hospitality and the awareness of your staff and the management matters. The food can be changed but not the way of treating the customers. Would never recommend this to anyone even though others give 5 stars for any other category. Very...
