As there was no zero star rating . So one star . If possible I would have rated negative .On 31.12.24 ,we a group of 6 went to the restaurant for the last official lunch of 2024. We all were in high spirit . Here I would like to mention that we all executives working in ONGC . As we were 6 person we got ourself comfortable in a 8 seater table . As we all like the ambience of the table . Just then the waiter approach and said that we can't sit in this table . Me : Why ? Waiter : As it is a 8 seater . Me : But your restaurant is almost empty . As I can see there was hardly 8-10 guest in 2 tables . And we are 6 people not like ki we r 2 people and blocking a 8 seater table . Waiter: I have to ask the manager . After a while he came back and said ki you will be asked to get up from this table if any 8 guest come in between. Me : What . Call ur Manager . Manager : Apko achha lagege ki aap khana kha rhe ho aur 8 guest as jaye aur apko hum table se utha de. Me : Agar koi aye toh aap hume utha bhi doge . Manager : Ha uthayega .Apko uth na parega Immediately thereafter we left the restaurant . But that was the worst experience we had . Our zeal for 31 st celebration blew out in the air Although we had our lunch in Masala county with lovely ambience and food . The experience at your place was unforgiveable . Never ever we will visit and will make sure no known ones of us visit this place. Truly unprofessional manager . Doesn't even know how to treat a guest . Hospitality...
