I ordered pizza and due to quantity was very much rider wasn't able to take all products on 1 vehicle and I requested to store provide a person with him so i can get the delivery and location was also not far, store didn't supported rider and make him stand outside with food and make him wait to arrange somethinf from his side which was vrry pathetic thing i believe. If La Milano couldn't deliver this much quantity in single order with one rider there should be capping of orders. i know that in giant pizza there are always 2 delivery guys come but what if small pizza's order more in quantity. Yesterday i have to go personally to the restaurant for helping delivery partner to get food deliver so that he doesn't want to manage alone. This all process took 1 hour and 20 mins and at my offfice all persons have to waited till night 11PM including girls. That thing made me embarrass infront of them and because of this whole experience and La Milano's staff behaviour i will never ever gonna order or go to La milano, not even at any other branch of it and gujarat, or anywhere in India. On receiving the call, I complaint about app n website issue. The guy just was talking as if he doesn't care at all about it. I asked him will he do the order from my phone so I can learn it, he was like yaha as jao kar dunga and cut the call up front. Read moreFood is okay but the service is the worst. They gave part of my order(INV9400) to someone else and made me wait for more than 30 mins. The people who ordered after me they had their food and left. During this period, my pizzas got cold.
When I asked the reason for delay, the store manager kept me waiting by saying it's ready, just 2 minutes.
When I called customer care, the person attending was hopeless. Instead of addressing the issue, he offered me a free garlic bread. I guess these people need to get out jio mentality. A free garlic bread does not buy the wait time and inconvenience.
