Delivery issue from Prahladnagar Ahmedabad branch Sorry but really had bad experience related to delivery by macd website and application. my location always published wrong area by default. Our society is diveded in two areas. Though I am setting a map its shows wrong area only. This happens with all apps but they follow address written in profile. Even if they follow map they land at right place. I ordered by website where there is no option of store locator, it accepts as per live location. Now mac d has its own issue and territories. One area is cancelled my order as it shows different area in pincode. The other near area which is Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad outlet is not delivering. They asked me to pay again. its not about paying again but these entrie mess up is because of ADMINISTRATION FAILURES and NON TRANSPENCIES between centers. APP location is NOT ACCURATE ONE. NOT DECIDED TERRITORY AS PER PINCODE. SWIGGY, UBER EATS, MYNTRA, AMAZONE, even small local app , every one are having same issue but they follow pincode not imaginary boundry. Moreover Prahladnagar center contact person Mr Udit said he can't deliver in any case. Complete communication gap, bug full app, inaccurate wesite, un trained staff, non trasperancy between centers makes it big loophole in big multinational chain. This was my 1st and last time experience ordering from mc Donald's. I ordered mc alootikki burger and MC veggie burger. Unfortunately, my whole excitement of eating went zero. Mc alootikki, no matter the Pattie was okay but not hot, it is just having bread and aloo tikki in middle with no sauce no Mayo no cheese and no other things like lettuce, tomoto etc.. I experienced it very very dry. Mc veggie burger, no matter the Pattie was okay but not hot, however between the bread their was just half tea spoon of mayonnaise with one pinch of chopped lettuce!! Again no cheese no other things etc.That's it!!! I ordered the food via Zomato, it was so fast delivery that I got myfod within 7mins. I think that's the reason the food was not hot bcoz maybe it was already kept prepared before sometimes. Even Maggie takes 10mins cooking, 2mins written on the wrapper is just for advertisement 😄 anyways I will never recommend mc Donald's as all outlets will be having same...

Credit card/debit card was not accepted. The only mode of payment was cash. Highly disappointed. Also coke float, fanta float was not available. So you're only left with small/medium/large coke to order. Food was tasteless. They don't put enough proportionate cheese/mayonnaise in burgers. So they taste dry. I had ordered Mac Aloo Tiki and Mac Veggie, both tasted Dry as if no cheese was added. Also I had ordered Mac Puff, it was not served hot and so was tasteless. And after ordering such quantity of food, they only serve 2-3 sachets of ketchups. Even after asking for more pouches of ketchup they'll give just one or two.
