McDonald's — Restaurant in Gujarat

It's good like other McDonald outlets but small in size and the time they take to deliver ordered items is on higher side. It took around 10 minutes to deliver 2 McAloo tikki burger and A ready ready to eat soft drink which comes in plastic pack.

McDonald has a USP of processing orders faster than anybody round the globe. My experience was like, I am ordering it on a any other restaurants.

Plus, I visited them in non peak hours and just one billing counter was open and there were 3-4 persons in queue to get their food ordered. So 10 minutes or waiting period of queue and 10 minutes in delivering food like 20 minutes or so.

Further to this, when I checked them for an Icecream in display, they were like you cannot get it from here but for their small counter at the ground floor of the 7Seas mall...

First of all . If owner is view this . Try to reach your customer before your official outlet come in highlight to fraud customers. I want mc chicken burger but they forced me alot for combo that I don’t want and then saying if uh want this then uh hv to order online. In next moment when i said in other outlets they take ofline orders si they saying . It’s fault of mcdonald coz there’s a software error . I am taking this all complain soon at grahaksurkasha also I’ll contact main department of mc for this outlet . Worst mc outlet, don’t visit and yes that two ladies mangers are too Much foolish. They don’t hv ans for anything . Busy with their work and not hearing any issue just say...

I have cut the star due to quality of softy cream has little changed now. We are often visit this place that's why we feel something different texture of softy (But still good). And also they haven't a small dustbin for coustomer, every time we have to find dustbin.

Whenever we visited 7seas mall , we had eat this amazing softy (never found anywhere else). Hazelnut brownie sundae Must try, shown in image (recommended) Due to pure vegetarian we are not eating at McDonald, but this place is at ground floor of 7seas mall and provides softy and sundae only.
