Milton serves a good quality of South Indian cuisine. One can always rely on them for quality.

I was recently there for lunch and I ordered 3 dishes, out of which I am uploading images of 2 dishes.

*I was hungry and hence I ate one of the starters very quickly.

Their Masala Dosa was very yummy. Unlike other places, they do fill a decent quantity of masala in a Dosa that tastes fresh. They serve samber with various chutneys to satiate your taste buds. They also provide all of it in additional quantity so that you do not have wait for them to serve you again once you have eaten all of your samber and chutneys.

The Idli-Chilly is a replacement to Paneer-Chilly, or the South Indian version of Paneer-Chilly.

*Just like we all have a friend who orders Paneer while others are having Chicken.

Idli-Chilly is average in taste, served in good quantity as a starter. I recommend to order something else except Idli-Chilly.

Service at Milton is top notch, no doubt. You may have to wait for a while if it is crowded (duh!).

Staff is friendly and helps you to decide the best dish that you can order. The complex in which it is located has a parking space, though a person on a wheel-chair may have to face some issue because of the foot-path and entrance of the restaurant not being friendly due to a couple of stairs.

If you think South Indian, do give this...

Restaurant is a far-fetched treasure for veggie fans, offering a heavenly menu of new and solid plant-based dishes. Hidden in an agreeable corner, this diner gives a tranquil and inviting climate that clears a path for a significant devouring encounter.

The menu at Restaurant is a celebration of intermittent produce and creative flavor mixes. Each dish is cautiously prepared to highlight the ordinary conventionality of vegetables. One top dog decision is the zucchini noodle container singe, where new zucchini noodles are tossed with an assortment of splendid vegetables and a tasty soy-ginger sauce. The dish is both light and satisfying, showing the specialty of vegetable-based cooking.

The staff at Restaurant are genial and careful, ensuring that your devouring experience is enchanting start to finish. They are taught about the menu and delighted to oblige dietary tendencies or limits.

What makes Restaurant truly uncommon is their commitment to acceptability. The trimmings are secretly acquired, restricting the diner's carbon impression, and the establishment follows eco-obliging practices.

If you love new and wonderful vegetarian cooking, Restaurant is a must-visit. The interesting energy, remarkable food, and eco-perceptive system make it a hero choice for veggie darlings. Should visit once suggested. Great...

This is where I hopped in as my cravings for some South delicacies were at peak in Baroda. I order Garlic rasam (oh it was recommended by the captain) and all I get is simple rasam tampered with garlic. Tampering was not a problem but all I could taste in my rasam was tamarind water and oil and burnt black pieces of garlic and burnt black oil in my rasam. I ask him to replace the same and asked him to keep it simple and give me a simple rasam. Sheer disappointment again. I order paniyaram, and they say it's not available. Spicy Roasted udad daal batter with onion and green chillies. Isn't it something that an authentic South Indian restaurant should have considering I was almost the first one to step in by 8 pm? I dare order Kadambam, and the pic is attached. Vagharelo bhaat with carrots, French beans and topped with cheese with no hint of any spices from South or even a hint of udad. I called the captain again and he said.. Oh you wanted something authentic you should have ordered Bagala bhat or Bisi Bella. He says this is typical kerela dish. While the fact is Kadambam is from the house of iyengars from Tamil Nadu. I am not going to name the place but if you claim to be an authentic South Indian restaurant, then this is not at all acceptable. serves me Vahgarelo bhaat with the name of Kadambam.

I am a south Indian from Kerala, DO NOT GO🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️ to this place here are my reasons: 1) they add scraped coconut in sambar, never had it even once in my life. Taste was nothing to rave about. 2) chutney had no coconut taste authentic chutneys have heavy amount of coconut in them. 3) to make matters worse we have found HAIR🤢🤢🤢 in our sambar served seperately in a gravy boat when confronted the manager was adamant that all of his staff wear hair nets note: the servers don't. And insinuated that it must be our hair which was so disrespectful and shady. The owner should look into this. The manager offered no help at all and was just wasting our time btw this was after I paid in full for my meal. My friend asked while leaving wanted to be compensated to some extent at least but he refused and refused. 4) filter coffee wasn't strong at all and taste was more of raw-ish milk rather than coffee So yeah avoid going to this restaurant the taste is not authentic and you might get blamed for having hair in the food that they serve. P.S. You will see in the reviews how in response to negative reviews they just change the name of the customer and copy paste the same story of returning 250 rps which shows you how disingenuous they are.
