Nini's Kitchen: A Disappointing Experience

My recent visit to Nini's Kitchen left much to be desired. The overall services provided were subpar, reflecting poorly on the establishment's management. Despite arriving during peak hours, the management failed to efficiently handle the influx of customers, resulting in long wait times and frustration among patrons.

One of the most glaring issues was the valet parking service, which was nothing short of a disaster. Cars were delivered to the wrong side of the road, compounding the inconvenience for customers and posing safety risks in an area with heavy traffic. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for safety reflects poorly on the establishment's commitment to providing a seamless dining experience.

Furthermore, the poor management of the restaurant as a whole was evident throughout my visit. From the disorganized seating arrangements to the slow service, it was clear that there are significant operational issues that need to be addressed.

In addition to these shortcomings, my experience was further soured by the unprofessional behavior of the valet parking staff, including the Valet Parking Manager himself. Instead of providing assistance and maintaining a professional demeanor, they were overheard making fun of customers who were patiently waiting for their vehicles. Such disrespectful behavior towards patrons is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment's standards of customer service and professionalism.

In conclusion, my experience at Nini's Kitchen was marred by a series of disappointments, from the inadequate services to the lackluster management. Unless significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this...

We visited Nini’s Kitchen Panchwati based on a recommendation from our neighbors (who love Swati—so we knew it had to be good!), and it did not disappoint!

🍛 The food was absolutely delicious – rich in flavor, authentic, and made with high-quality ingredients. Every dish we tried was a delight, from the starters to the main course.

💰 The portions are VERY generous! Seriously, order with caution because you’ll likely end up with leftovers (not that we’re complaining!). Better to order step by step if you’re not sure about your appetite.

✨ The ambiance is lovely – cozy, stylish, and with a warm vibe that makes the meal even more enjoyable.

👏 The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit.

📍 The location is super convenient, right next to the Radisson Hotel in Ahmedabad, so it’s easy to find.

Pathetic service. No, not because of Sunday rush hour as around us literally 60% tables are empty but the managers are more focused on bigger tables (with more crowd) and our orders are being taken by waiters who even are struggling in typing our order.

We sat on a table near the window and were asked to switch near to the kitchen as 'we cannot serve that far'. Why the hell do you have these many tables if everyone is supposed to sit near the kitchen?

Then we had to wait for like 20 mins to get water. (again, 60% tables empty)... After that I approached a manager requesting to take our order and he sent a serving boy cleaning tables to take our order.

After a lot when the large groups left, then everybody started flocking us as one of the last remaining tables.

When you charge 400 rs for a curry you at least need to deliver the service for the same. Or even what basic Indian restaurants do... We needed to search cleaning boy to clean the table who denied that table was too far from the cleaning room.

Needless to say - Never visiting this place again. Ever.

2 star is given for the food as no doubt, the food was good.

Nini's Kitchen Prahladnagar has faaarrr better hospitality and cleanliness...
