i went there and i always used to have sushi and desserts from there and now they have shifted their whole. I honestly never thought I’d be writing a review like this, but I left my favorite restaurant last night feeling so disappointed. I went there to celebrate my birthday, excited for the sushi and desserts I’ve always loved. I’ve been going there for years, and their sushi was hands-down the best part—sometimes I’d crave it for days!
But when I sat down and opened the menu, I was shocked. Everything had changed. The sushi? Gone. The desserts I used to treat myself to? Nowhere to be found. I actually asked the staff what happened, and they told me those items had been off the menu for five months. That made no sense because I was there just three months ago, happily eating my usual favorites.
It honestly felt like a punch in the gut. I’d picked this place for my birthday because I wanted to celebrate with the food I loved. Instead, I spent the evening missing all the things that made the restaurant special for me. The new menu just doesn’t have the same magic.
If you’re someone who went there for the sushi or desserts, just know they’re not coming back—at least for now. I left feeling pretty let down, and sadly, I don’t think I’ll be returning unless they bring back the classics that made this place feel like my own...
Read moreNIRO By Nini's Ambiance: The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with plenty of lights, which is a refreshing change from the usual dimly lit dining spaces. However, the cafe-style counter service feels somewhat incongruous with the dine-in experience. Food: The food quality is generally good at NIRO By Nini's, with flavors well-executed. While the veg crispy bao was a bit underwhelming, other dishes like the pastas and rice bowls were enjoyable. Service: Service was inconsistent. The biggest issue was the incorrect order of food delivery, with the starters arriving last. The handling of the pizza order mix-up was also unsatisfactory, with a lack of proper apology or compensation. Serving pastas and rice bowls in paper bowls and providing iced tea in cans detracts from the overall dining experience. Value: Prices are decent, but the service and presentation don't fully justify the cost. Overall: While the food is decent and the ambiance is pleasant, the service shortcomings and lack of attention to detail significantly impact the dining experience at NIRO By Nini's. Recommendations: Improve order management to ensure timely and accurate food delivery. Invest in proper tableware for all dishes. Enhance service training to improve customer interactions and address any issues professionally. I hope this...
Read moreNiro on Gulbai Tekra offers a truly lovely ambiance – a perfect blend of amazing and simplistic. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it a great spot for a leisurely lunch.
We decided to sample a few items from their menu. The onion rings were crispy and flavorful, a perfect starter. The shrooms were cooked to perfection, showcasing their earthy flavors. And the avocado sushi? Absolutely divine! Fresh, well-prepared, and a delight to the palate. Each dish was a testament to the kitchen's skill.
However, be prepared for a bit of sticker shock. While the food quality is undeniable, the price point of these items felt a little steep. While the experience and the food were great, the cost definitely made me pause. If you're looking for a budget-friendly meal, this might not be the place. But if you're willing to splurge a little for quality and ambiance, Niro is definitely...
