1st visit (October 2018)~ Rating 2 star Nice ambience.. calming to soul .. relaxing seating .. but would it be added by the proper food then there has nothing else to be added on ... So we ordered sizzlers and pizza ... Pizza had a lost of taste as the pizza sauce was not up to the mark .. i also informed the attendee about it ... Another thing they did not have a Tabasco .. it looks incomplete with this sauce for an Italian cuisine for any people ... Overall food was mediocre .. nothing great ... Requires many amendments ...

Second Visit (February 2019) rating lowest So my experience now was even worst ... I thought management would like to read out reviews and respond for same but this is not the way it works in here ... I came here on Sunday evening ... Had a buffet ... Staff ia totally unresponsive and in their own talk .. customers are fully ignored ... The salad is bland .. 40% if the salad was cabbage or lettuce only ... Which is not the way I expected .. the garlic bread was warm but was garlicless ... then I asked for pizza and ordered all green olives pizza .. even then I was told by different staff people that everything comes by a particular order so I will have to have margarita pizza first .. which I refused ... So I waited for fifteen min for my pizza which did not come and then finally had to call the manager .. who finally came and affirmed the pizza is in que ... staff is very rude here and totally in- coordinative ... I had hoped for a change from previous visit but it has worsened ... Sorry to say bit would not visit this place again or recommend it to...

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your Olives Pizza & Sizzlers, Vadodara location. Unfortunately, both the food and service were far below acceptable standards.

The overall quality of the food was disappointing. The cold starters were basic and tasteless, while the hot starters consisted only of pasta and subpar noodles, both lacking flavor. Even the garlic bread was burnt and resembled nothing more than ordinary garlic toast. Additionally, every pizza tasted the same, with no variety whatsoever.

The self-service for soft drinks was inadequate, especially considering the price of 399 rupees per person. The glasses provided were dirty, which is simply unacceptable. Cleanliness was a significant issue overall; the water bottle I received was also dirty, and staff members were seen serving cutlery with unclean hands, raising serious health concerns.

Furthermore, the table was messy, and when I brought my concerns to the outlet manager, he appeared indifferent and dismissive. This level of neglect towards customer feedback is alarming and reflects poorly on your establishment.

Given these experiences, I must rate Olives Pizza as the worst pizza place in Vadodara. I urge you to address these serious issues to prevent future customers from facing similar disappointments.

We recently visited Olive's Pizza & Sizzlers for lunch, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. As first-timers, we were curious to see if the 3.7-star rating was justified.

Before heading out, we called to confirm seating availability for our group, which was handled efficiently. Though we initially missed the entrance to the basement parking and had to take a U-turn, the parking area was clean and well-maintained, which was a nice first impression. Instead of waiting for the escalator, we took the stairs to the restaurant.

The ambiance was inviting, and the dining setup was comfortable. The starters were self-service, featuring a selection of salads, pasta, and drinks (Coca-Cola, Fanta, and Sprite). The soup was also flavorful and satisfying.

The highlight was the unlimited pizza and garlic bread, which were delicious, followed by a delightful dessert. Service was generally good, though there was a minor issue when three of us were served the wrong ice cream flavors. We chalked it up to human error and didn’t report it, but it’s something the staff might want to be more mindful of in the future.

While we dined, another group arrived to celebrate a birthday, adding a cheerful vibe to the restaurant. Thankfully, the place wasn’t overly crowded, and the noise levels remained manageable despite the birthday chorus.
