Times Cafe Gotri — Restaurant in Gujarat

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent visit to your cafe on 30.08.2025. We ordered 2 cappuccinos and 1 black coffee with lime. However, upon discovering flies in the black coffee, we informed the staff, who took it back, and we decided not to have it.

To our surprise, when we reached the billing counter, the black coffee was still included in the bill. Not only that, but the staff at the counter was also rude and unhelpful when we brought this to their attention. When I asked them to rectify the bill, they suggested that we could have replaced the coffee but failed to mention this option when the staff member took it back.

This experience was extremely disappointing and ruined our mood and day. We expect a higher level of service and quality control from a cafe. I hope you will take our feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve...

The experience could have definitely been much better. We ordered 3 types of sandwiches, 1 pizza and 1 hot chocolate. The pizza is supposed to be 10 inches, but seemed a bit less, more like 8 inches. Experience in having pizza and the fact that the base was noticeably smaller than the wooden board it arrived in gave this impression. Being a bit liberal on the toppings would have helped. The sandwiches were fine, nothing to complain about, nothing to applaud as well. Hot chocolate was good. Apart from food, the ambiance is okay. Indoors has loud music, a big tv etc. outdoors offers good views of the surroundings and can be nice depending on the weather and company. The toilet is currently undergoing an upgrade, hence it is completely demolished, with no alternate arrangements in place....

Hello guys first of all will suggest everyone should visit here !! truly pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, polite, and attentive. Their service behavior was top-notch—friendly without being overbearing, and always ready to help with a smile.

The ambience is cozy yet modern, making it a great spot for both casual catch-ups and quiet work sessions. What really stood out was their serving quality—everything was timely, well-presented, and hygienic. The servers ensured our comfort throughout and paid attention to even small details.
