I recently visited Rustic Spices, and I must say that it was the worst food experience I've ever had. From start to finish, everything went wrong, leaving me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied.

Firstly, the service was abysmal. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and inattentive. It took an unreasonable amount of time for them to even acknowledge our presence, let alone take our orders. Throughout the meal, they rarely checked on us, and it was a struggle to get their attention when we needed assistance.

Now, let's talk about the food. The menu boasted a variety of enticing options, but what arrived at our table was a far cry from the descriptions. The dishes were poorly executed, lacking flavor and presentation. It was evident that little effort went into their preparation. The ingredients seemed stale and poorly sourced, and some dishes even arrived cold.

To make matters worse, the portion sizes were embarrassingly small, considering the exorbitant prices we paid. We left the restaurant feeling unsatisfied and still hungry, despite ordering multiple dishes. The quality-to-price ratio was simply unacceptable.'

Overall, my visit to Rustic Spices was a complete letdown. From the lackluster service to the subpar food and unclean premises, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. It was a waste of time and money. I strongly urge management to take immediate action to address these issues and improve their establishment if they wish to retain any semblance of credibility in the culinary industry.

I recently dined at rustic spices, and it was an extraordinary experience that I can't wait to repeat. Here’s why this restaurant stands out:

Update: One visit to the restaurant made me swear off it forever!

After ordering and loving their food and delivery on so many occasions. The ambience is pleasing. Their interior has a complete vibe. The food, like always was mouthwatering. We had Aglio Olio and Thai Green Curry with Herbed Rice

The service, however, was utterly distasteful. The person who took our order didn’t understand my question. Instead of clarifying, he chose to ignore it and continue with what he was saying. The serving bowl had its layers peeled, making us seriously concerned for the quality of food we were having.

The server spilled ‘multiple times’ while serving the spaghetti. Not only that, he slide the spilled food from his bare hands towards the end of the table to take it off. The Thai curry was smughed all over the outer side of the bowl. When serving us the last of the food, he took the bowl in the hand and scratched all corner with a loud noise and put the collection on our plates.

From 2023: I had the most amazing experience at the comfort of my home. When craving for Mexican cuisine, and especially Mexican Hot Pot Rice, only a handful of restaurants come to mind. I was recommended Rustic Spices by a friend and oh, what a worthwhile dinner it was. 🤌🏼 They managed to separate all items like rice, salsa and nachos to avoid any sogginess or inconsistency of the meal.
