Santushti Shakes & More — Restaurant in Gujarat

This place is very very very unhygienic place.There were insects all over the place but trusting the santushti brand Name i had ordered thickshake from here and thought i will drink it in car but as the thickshake came the shake had a bitter taste and it was just ice cream and not a thickshake. i was not able to drink that shake so and i had just had given a casual feedback on it that the taste was bitter and it was only ice cream and not thick shake to the counter person.. The owner came from back side shouting with a very rude tone..that you cannot drink thick shakes. You can only eat it with spoon as its thick shakes and its not a milkshake and stated shouting And said that santushti had given only such kind machines to Franchises so franchise thickshakes only taste like this. If you don't like then don't come to this place again . I said to him just look at the database of orders I had made at santushti in other branches . I have been a regular customer of multiple santushti branches including fatehgunj branch and other franchises. So I know how the shakes are. In short he kept on fighting, talking rudely and he also went outside of this place shouting rudely in short he gave me e fund after lot of resistance showing that he is doing an...

One of the best deseart point for food lovers, had a great fun time after an awesome dinner, ambiance is cool, seating arrangement is also good.

Quality of the products are really nice, I have almost tried all from the menu. And seriously I bet you will love it if you like shakes.

In my opinion you must visit it after having your dinner to enjoy it at best.

Price of the shakes are also pocket friendly & yes it's worth it.

I recently ordered a fruit and nut chocolate thick shake from Santushti, Gotri outlet via Swiggy, and I had a very disappointing experience. The shake was supposed to contain original Cadbury fruit and nut chocolate, but it was clear that this was not the case. The chocolate used did not have the same quality or taste as Cadbury.

Additionally, the shake itself was stale and lacked freshness. Given the reputation of Santushti, I expected a much better product. This experience was far from satisfactory and I hope the outlet takes this feedback seriously to improve their quality standards.
