I actually expected more from this branch but as usual. Shakti as a brand has now successfully failed. I don't know if the owners want to change it for the better. I ordered the Pizza Sandwich, and it was good in taste but the quantity wasn't up to the mark. After being disappointed by Shakti's prahladnagar, shyamal and Mansi branch, the HL branch successfully disappointed me. The Air conditioner was not working properly. I gave three stars only bcoz of the good quality of cheese which they used in the sandwich and the taste. The staff was ignorant. I called him 5 times for ordering and he was busy in his scrolls. And the kitchen also didn't seem so hygienic. Thanks to their hospitality I will make sure I never visit any branch of Shakti from now onwards.

Shakti Sandwich Shop is an absolute legend! I've been coming here for years, and they never fail to impress. Their regular sandwiches are fantastic—incredibly fresh, perfectly toasted, and bursting with flavor. The cheese and chutney combination is simply iconic.

But what truly sets them apart and earns them a permanent five stars from me is their year-round availability of the Farali menu! As someone who observes various fasts, it's a game-changer to know I can always get a delicious, authentic, and satisfying Farali sandwich or sabudana vada, no matter the time of year. It shows a deep understanding and care for their customers' needs that is so rare to find.
