Shambhu's Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Gujarat

I recently visited a Sambhus coffee bar with my family members visiting from the UK, expecting a pleasant coffee outing with decent conversation. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be a complete disaster.

First, the staff didn’t even know the basic difference between the two variants of Americano – black and white (with milk). When we placed our order, the person at the counter rudely informed us that milk would cost extra, as if they were completely unaware that a white Americano exists. Instead of apologizing for their lack of knowledge, they spoke in a condescending tone, acting as though we were in the wrong.

The lack of courtesy and professionalism was appalling. Sambhus, which once had a decent reputation, has now turned into nothing more than a cash-grabbing, subpar establishment that thrives on exploiting customers.

Adding to the frustration, the manager and staff were outright rude when we raised our concerns. They even made faces when confronted, showing zero accountability or respect for customers. On top of this, we ordered peri-peri fries and waited for nearly an hour, only to be told dismissively that they “take 20 minutes to prepare.” Clearly, that wasn’t true. When we finally decided to cancel the order, they couldn’t care less.

This experience was an utter waste of time and money. Sambhus has become a joke of a brand, and I would strongly advise against visiting any of their branches. Save yourself the frustration—make coffee at home and enjoy it in peace. At least there, you won’t be subjected to rude staff, unprofessional service, and absurd charges.

This place is located at the HL road and I go many a times at early morning for a breakfast. Also it's a very good place for having breakfast or brunch with a tea or coffee. I had a grill sandwich 🥪 it had very good taste it includes mayonese, capsicum, onion and corn and I loved that so much. Also MUST TRY THIS THINGS

1. Paneer Makhani Grilled(tell them spicy acc. To you)
2. Mexican Grilled
3. French Fries(peri peri)
4. Chocolate frappe and
5. Cold Coffee(they all are best) I highly recommend you these place. I usually eat grilled sandwiches, the best you can have here and also cold coffee, you can blindly go there if you don't have any other option jst order grilled sandwich with tea. The interior is really good and it feels like you are actually at a comfortable environment. It also has place outside to sit and specially in MONSOON having breadbutter toast with tea or hot chocolate it's the best thing to have here. The food is too delicious and I highly recommend you this place also not much costly (considering the area).
