Unfortunately, my recent experience at Kismat Kathiyawadi was far from pleasant. We arrived around 11:45 AM on a particularly hot day, and the air conditioning was switched off. While that’s understandable before opening hours, the staff hesitated when we requested it to be turned on—even though the heat was quite intense.
As we began settling in, we noticed that the plates and glasses on the tables were visibly unclean, with traces of oil and food stains. Despite bringing this to the staff's attention, the replacements weren’t properly cleaned either. We had to use tissues ourselves to wipe down the plates. This was especially disappointing since I was hosting a group of 14 people, including guests.

Cleanness:- Kitchen area is not clean. One of my family member got fever after visiting this place. With the name of "Desi" approach these guys compromise on cleanliness. Probably they are thinking its famous in Vadodara no one can beat them for kathiyawadi.
Service :- This place's service is very slow comparatively there are many kathiyawadi restaurants I seen in Vadodara with better service. Crowd management is ZERO.
