I ordered a hot cappuccino of size tall with customisations like dark roast & strong blend. The barista listened to my order with utmost attention but served me a cappuccino with no taste. It was bland with only milk in it. No colour, no aroma as it should be. Highly disappointed with this move. Even STARBUCKS can do such things. Be aware people! Who takes coffee seriously like their own souls. Now I can understand why people wear nice clothes, take Macbooks or iPhones to work there and strictly speak in English because that is why the baristas there would take you more seriously and shall give you what you want. In my case, none of those things were there. If a manager or owner of STARBUCKS is reading this or is concerned about what people think about their brand, I apologise that I entered your ultra-luxurious STARBUCKS in my comfort clothes, after my working hours and spoke Hindi while giving my order. My money, my time and my day are all wasted. I didn't know drinking a simple cup of coffee could be a tedious task...
