Tabebuia Snacks — Restaurant in Gujarat

The cafe is in a new and polished building. The decor and ambience is understated chic and has a nice vibe to it. I personally loved the murals on the back wall.

However, I was deeply disappointed with the patisserie. I was truly excited about their patisserie offerings when I checked the cafe online but, it disappointed me.

We had ordered the spinach and cheese puff sorta pastry and it was very dry. The filling as well as the pastry was dry and hard to chew. The puff pastry was rubbery instead of flaky. Hazelnut pastry was delicious. But, the lemon buttercream cupcake was also not good. The lemony taste was missing and the lemon buttercream icing was beginning to leave an oily taste on the tongue. Also, the almond and cardamom cake was okay but was too doughy.

Lastly, we had ordered a cappuccino and after reading that all the coffee are sourced organically and from exclusive coffee estates, we had high expectations. Sadly, we were again let down with a very average tasting coffee. The cappuccino was not even served in its regular wide mouthed cups and tasted okay.

The whole experience was a letdown but I still have hopes from their kitchen. We had only sampled the coffee and bakery products, I’m keeping my fingers crossed for their...

I loved the place, calm music and you get to enjoy privacy... There I had Cappuccino, and Cookies and Earl Grey Tea Cupcake,(😍A MUST TRY😍 This get a huge thumbs up from me as it was so yum, perfect sugar balance, base was so soft and didnt taste blend, jst loved it❤) and Blueberry Jam Cupcake(Had jam filling in between and was tasty)... But still Earl Grey Tea Cupcake...

We had a small party of 22 people for dinner. The ambience is very good , the staff is very good, polite, friendly and helpful in nature. The food was good too. We loved Pizza and Paratha. Pasta, Dosa and burgers need to be improved but the overall experience was great....
