The worst deal I have ever done with these people. I have showed my choice to these people for one of my upcoming occasion. I have given my number and met them twice to decide the price, even they negotiated with me on their price per dish. My brother visited their restaurant and tasted the food to get confirmed about quality on next day I was about to pay the advance money. When I reach there I asked them that I want to book the place for the certain date(for which I have talked earlier) so could you please take the money? And the attendees told me its already booked. Main thing is their FOOL staff don't even recognised me after two meetings and after giving a banquet to other people they do not have guts to tell sorry to the customer.

I have forgot all the things and I got agreed with their another deal to book small restaurant place in same price but i asked their STUPID staff to change the menu (butter milk instead of welcome drink). For shake of 10 rupees they did not agreed.

I will never recommend these people ever as after there is chance that after spoiling your occasion they will not fell a little guilt in their heart.

Huh. How these guys are opening a restaurant where they don't know how to handle their customer and high level of CRM is required.

The reason I will always remember this restaurant is the celebration of a birthday party for Keyaan - my kid.

Quickly we will look into the pros, Food is good ( won't say excellent). The banquet is large with a capacity of ~150 people at max. Event management friendly.

Cons would be, Food could have more options. Staff can be more supportive. Facility management for events can be improved.

On occasion when you want to celebrate a kid's birthday with only 65-70 people, it's hard to find such a large banquet availability and accessibility. The owner was really humble that he agreed to provide a banquet. Food rates and quality were satisfying factor. Banquet is decent and you will get stage as well as open enough space to plan activities. We had a really wonderful experience organizing a birthday party with gaming activities and Punjabi food. They also negotiated on per dish price. We could customise existing fixed menu options for such parties.

However - if Taste City has such a good capacity, Italian and Mexican food options should be available what I felt.

Visited this place twice. Both the time, I visited it in family occasions. One occasion was in banquet hall and another was in restaurant because of less people approx 40 in strength. In both the cases, I noticed serving of food was the area of improvement. In case of banquet event, there were only 2 persons to serve the whole main course which resulted in long queue. Even, there was a cake and staff was not capable enough to slice the cake and serve it. We needed to cut it by our own. In another occassion in restaurant, starter was served after we finished the soup. And they focused serving papads multiple times instead of starters. In second event, we opted for unlimited lunch with added sweet of gulabjamun at additional cost which was also unlimited serve. Many times, people from our family asked for gulabjamun and staff said please wait, it is coming. The same was repeated 2-3 times. Then I raised my voice to staff and then they immediately served gulabjamun. Really ? What does that mean ? If anyone from the hotel owner is reading this, I suggest them, we pay you for complete dish then why dont you serve it with full capacity. Overall taste was good except...
