Preferential services given to customer basis appearance. Bunch of customers who ordered with us were served and served faster although we paid the same amount.. We were denied to place order due to bulk order but their order was taken as well as served faster than us. Ms. Pinky Patel who seemed to be the Manager there tried to mislead us due to her biased approach. This bunch of customers came to order after us, but she denied to take our order as she wanted table number first. By the time, we went to get our table number she took order of that customer and also offered food items which she otherwise had told is not possible to be served due to other bulk order. When we saw that it was served to others, we objected her for her unfair approach to which she didn’t try to accept it and later agreed to serve us 1 plate of it. It doesn’t end here. They received more than 1 fresh plate of what was denied to other customers and we were given broken bits and pieces. They received faster service while we had to visit counter multiple times to ask about our order. In fact, I saw in front of my eyes that she diverted order prepared for other table, to those ‘bunch of customers’. The kind of biased service that she was providing to them looked liked they were owners of the place, but we later came to know that they were not the owners.
