Worst Unlimited Pizza Experience Ever – William John’s Pizza is a Total Letdown!

I recently visited William John’s Pizza, Prahlad Nagar Branch to try their much-hyped Unlimited Menu, but honestly, it turned out to be a complete disaster. If you’re thinking of going there for the unlimited pizza deal — please don’t waste your time and money.

Let me explain why this was one of the worst food experiences ever:

🍕 1. Food Quality – Totally Disappointing The unlimited menu sounds great on paper but the food served was far below average.

The pasta and garlic bread were also bland and overcooked. Nothing felt like it was made with care or quality ingredients.

🤦 2. Pathetic Customer Service The staff didn’t seem interested at all.

We had to ask multiple times for refills or even basic things like tissues.

Their attitude was rude and careless — no smile, no manners.

When we gave feedback about the response was defensive and unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue, they behaved as if we were irritating them.

⏱️ 3. Service Time – Lazy & Slow It’s an unlimited menu, but the food is brought so slowly that you lose your appetite waiting. This seems like a trick to delay and limit how much you can actually eat. First serving comes fast, but after that — good luck getting the staff’s attention.

💸 4. Not Worth the Price at All Even though it’s an unlimited menu, it felt like I paid for leftovers and poor service. Better to spend a bit more somewhere else and have a meal that actually feels satisfying.

📉 Final Verdict: NEVER AGAIN William John’s Pizza totally failed to service, and experience. If this is their idea of “unlimited,” I’d rather stay limited and go elsewhere. This was not just a waste of money — it was a waste of mood, time, and expectations.

NOTE-READ IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO ORGANISE A PARTY AT WILLIAM JOHNS PIZZA My daughter's birthday party was at William Johns prahladnagar branch Before the booking Mr. Kuldeep Singh the manager of the branch had explained us all the party packages and shown us the decoration for the party ...once the booking was done ...he asked us to pay extra for the balloon decoration...he said he can only manage to do some balloon decoration and not the entire restaurant...we agreed upon it thinking it would be a miscommunication But when we arrived at the restaurant on my daughter's birthday party I WAS SURPRISED there was no decoration done infact they started doing the decoration after my party started and guests started arriving.... They were informed that we would require Jain food ....which was also not prepared ...they prepared after my guests started eating and looked for Jain food After the 1st game musical chair they asked to start with main course I.e their pizza and denied to make my Lil guests play the 2nd game which is part of their package ...they offer 2 games to be played at restaurant ....within an hour Mr. Kuldeep started talking very loudly and rudely to us in front of our guests which was not acceptable he had no management skills..ideally we had the place booked for 2 hours but kuldeep expected us to leave in an hour ..they kept making my guests move from 1 table to another...the service of food was very slow ....and the other asst manager Mr. Abdul had no idea about what is happening at the restaurant ....I request everyone who is looking to organise a party at this restaurant to not book them because the food was bad above all the behavior of the manager was worst ...u would definitely not want to be humiliated by a manager in front...

Jaimin Kalal I recently had the pleasure of trying William John's pizza and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment the pizza was served, I was blown away by the incredible aroma and visually stunning presentation.

The crust was perfectly crispy, with just the right amount of chewiness. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, with each bite bursting with delicious flavors. The sauce was perfectly balanced and complemented the toppings perfectly.

The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to all of my needs. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, with a warm and relaxed vibe.

I would highly recommend William John's pizza to anyone looking for an exceptional pizza experience. It is truly a five-star establishment, and I cannot wait to go back and try more of their menu. If you're a fan of great pizza, you owe it to yourself to visit William John's. You won't be...
