Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Gujarat

I have previously ordered food at china belly at 5th floor palladium mall, and till date have not faced the problem which I faced just now. I went to order chicken fried rice for my kid and asked the person taking order to make it without chilli and minimum spicy. This is not the first time I have given this instruction at China belly and previously they have catered to my request. Today the person who was taking order was having behavioural issue. I think he does not know how to attend to customers. He said "bina chilli ke to nahi hoga" and I did not like the way he said that to me. I still said that I have previously ordered and these instructions have been followed but he was very adamant and did not even hear me. I think probably china belly is doing very good business at palladium mall food court and thats why they do not care to even talk with customers properly. Or they have serious problem in their recruitment of people. I am very disturbed with this type of behaviour and have decided not to order food from this outlet in future. I would also not suggest any new people to order food from this outlet as I feel if you are doing business, you need to be humble to...

I should sue you people, it was that bad. Firstly the order came wrong, when i requested for correct order the annoying lady on the counter acted like she doesn't understand what i was saying. Then the other guy came who was her manager and understood my request. When my food arrived, the chicken was raw, the gravy was made of oil, the noodles had oil garnishing, and the whole flavour was missing. It was only a pool of oil. A local thela wala makes better food than these guys. We only ate 3-4 bites, but immediately later that night i fell sick. I vomitted a lot, caught fever, and developed throat infection and was on bed rest for 5 days. Terrible terrible food infection. I'm never eating from China Belly or Wow ever again. Plus they don't even take effort in hiring the right people. The lady on the counter was so shamelessly lost, it made me angry! She only smiled widely and understood nothing. I recently dined at wow china palledium mall, and I was quite disappointed with the portion sizes. Despite the high prices, the servings were incredibly small and left much to be desired.

For example, I ordered the chicken lollypop, which was supposed to be a good snacks , but it barely covered half the plate. The portion of the protein was especially skimpy, and the sides were almost non-existent. I left the restaurant still feeling hungry, which is not what I expect after paying a premium price.

The food quality was decent, but it’s overshadowed by the poor portioning. I hope the restaurant addresses this issue, as it detracts significantly from the overall dining experience. For now, I cannot recommend this place to those who are looking for a...
