Angels in my Kitchen — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Hello all, my advise please never ever order from angles in my kitchen. Today I ordered pasta from them. Firstly order which they sent was wrong as i ordered weat veggy red sauce and weat veggy white sauce. As you can see from the pics, the order is completely diferent with maida based pasta and no veggies and no salt and sauce you can see. The portion was totally bland in taste and quality was pathetic and to top it all, we found a piece of plastic glass in this. I have shared the pictures. All this happened in sector 50 nirvana county store. Their employees ravi and ajay just beated around the bush for an hour with no solution, then their manager couldn't do anything, then i called gurgaon supervisor dheeraj he could also not do anything. He said prasun their gm and some sugandha madam run the show and they sit in noida and hardly comes to gurgaon, so God bless the quality and health hygiene. I spent almost 2 hours juggling with these people and no conclusion. I would not risk my life again with this brand. Pathetic,...

I had ordered for a customised cake (unicorn cake) for my daughter’s birthday for which they charged so much saying that fondant work is very fine. I paid 2700 for 1.5 kg cake. Finally I get cake just 15minutes before and it’s not a fondant cake. The manager told later that fondant was not possible and people like cheese cream cake more than fondant!! Ordered chocolate eclair and black forest pastry day before yesterday. They have a primitive packing method. It is guaranteed to not travel well. My order came smashed. So there.may be angels in their kitchen but they have definitely hired a devil to take care of their packaging.
