Read more65 Avenue is a visually stunning destination that offers breathtaking scenic beauty, making it a great spot for a leisurely visit. Last month, it featured a captivating Dino Park theme, which was a massive hit among kids. The life-sized dinosaur installations and interactive activities created an exciting and immersive experience, making it an unforgettable attraction for families.
While the ambiance is impressive, the dining options are somewhat limited. The area primarily features cafés, so those looking for a diverse culinary experience may find the choices a bit restricted. If you're in the mood for a quick snack or a cup of coffee, the available cafés serve well, but for a more elaborate dining experience, options are scarce.

I regret every rupee spent here. One rain in April and my entire house got flooded through cheap, faulty windows and doors. My interiors are ruined. No senior engineer has come even once—just clueless laborers doing patchwork. Shameful.
The lifts are a joke—wait time is 25 minutes daily.
The water is full of sand and filth, making my washing machine useless and destroying my clothes. I’ve had to switch to Bisleri for everything, including cleaning. Who lives like this in a “luxury” property?
To top it off, they have an open garbage system—the stench, the filth, it’s disgusting. The sink moves, door frames are cracking, and it's barely been a few months since I moved in.
Facility management? Useless. All I ever hear is “SORRY.” No action. No accountability. Just empty apologies.
M3M should be ashamed. This is not just poor construction—this is pure negligence. I’m done waiting. Now the world needs to know. Photos and videos speak louder than their excuses.
