This place used to be great, but now it's just a crowded place with no standards. -Cushion was dirty so we had to flip it in order to sit. -The water took half and hour after two reminders and we were told that it was busy. they can't do a strawberry milkshake -One active server with 3 people behind the counter, they could have just helped the poor guy. Simple changes to the items like swapping potatoes for salad were refused and when I insisted my food still came with potatoes. When we asked for it the changed, one server seemed unhappy to have to check and the other got into an argument stating "mistakes happen" Lots of flies indoor, please install a wind curtain If you call yourself an American cafe, please don't refuse someone a simple 'Grilled Cheese Sandwich' because the server and chef feel it would be "tasteless" potato wedges were dry and tasted off, eggs Benedict was really bad we heard other tables with similar complaints but the staff was unapologetic and almost defiant menu seems to be poorly designed in its new form, it appears to be more suited to "Indian" tastes with overloaded toppings on everything and simple options don't exist. Staff members don't even understand the food items on offer and therefore are unable to make small changes when asked for I have never asked for service charge to be taken off from a bill but...
Read moreEverything here was disappointing, other than the hot chocolate. The service was ATROCIOUS and they didn’t even say sorry for completely missing an item out of an order of 4 food items for 4 people.
We ordered Eggs Benedict, a Madison Omelette, Savoury Waffles and Scrambled Eggs, besides hot chocolate. They got items as they made it which meant we got the Madison Omelette 30 mins before the Eggs Benedict but despite this all items were consistently served cold!! The savoury waffles just hand some chopped sausages and cheese on top with a ridiculously unnecessary portion of butter, especially since the waffles were cold. The Madison Omelette was okayish despite it being served cold. The Eggs Benedict was a total flop. They were poached right but the hollandaise sauce left much to be desired. And they completely forgot about the scrambled eggs — and when we told them about it when we were settling the bill, they didn’t even apologise or ask to wait a few minutes so they could serve a missed order; it was like we were speaking Greek.
While the atmosphere is dense but cozy, and not bad, the tables are tiny and they serve regular sized portions in huge square plates which are a bad fit on small tables. Lots of issues with the dining experience and not helped by the robotic,...

For example, the cold coffee is listed as ₹150 on the menu, but it actually costs ₹200. • Located in the Nirvana central supermarket area, next to Blue Tokai (4.1⭐️ (105)), it is close to CK Birla Hospital. People visiting for consultations or follow-ups may find it convenient to visit here for refreshments. Alternatively, Barista in the hospital itself offers brunch and snacks. • After considering the ratings given to Madison & Pike, we decided to visit it instead of Blue Tokai. • They offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian breakfast options, including French and English breakfast options. • We ordered: Spinach With Toasted Hazelnut & Mascarpone Pasta: Very poor (⭐️⭐️) Cold coffee (⭐️⭐️) • The ambiance is great, and the location is picturesque, making it a good spot for taking Instagram-worthy photos. However, this is the only positive aspect of the cafe that I can mention. • It is difficult to make a definitive judgment about this cafe based on just one dish, but our overall impression was that they focus on creating fancy dishes with average taste, lacking the important...
