I am writing to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had at your restaurant located in Sector 54, Suncity Business Tower. On 14-Oct-2024 I visited your establishment with my client, expecting the same high standard of service Bikanervala is known for. However, I was met with extremely rude behavior and inappropriate gestures from staff member at Raj kachori counter.

I had ordered two Raj Kachoris, and start eating but due to the staff's inappropriate behavior, I felt uncomfortable and had to leave the food in midway. This unprofessional conduct not only ruined my dining experience but also caused us to leave without finishing our meal with my client.

I believe this is not in line with the standards and reputation that Bikanervala upholds. I request that you look into this matter seriously. Such behavior not only affects the restaurant's image but also discourages customers from returning. Please take appropriate action against those responsible and ensure proper training to avoid similar incidents in the future.
