I had the pleasure of visiting Third Wave Coffee, Golf Course Road recently, and I must say, the barista staff truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. The team here knows how to make you feel welcome, even during busy hours. Despite the steady stream of customers, they remained calm, composed, and attentive, making sure each guest received personalized service.

What impressed me most was their expertise and attention to detail. Each drink was carefully crafted, and it was clear that the baristas take pride in their skills. My latte was not only perfectly brewed with just the right balance of rich espresso and creamy milk, but it was also beautifully presented with latte art that added an extra touch of charm. It's evident that they put thought and care into every cup, no matter how simple or complex the order.

Sadly I used to love this place and recommended to all colleagues,friends and family Last update as of 10 th July, I reached cafe at 11 and ordered a latte immediately and around 2 pm ,when I went again to place a second order , the counter staff said ..NO. Don't order....No matter if you order more or not, we will not let you stay beyond 4 hours ...I asked this is absurd....So you are telling me ...That even If I keep ordering something or other every two hours ....you want me to just leave ....

They replied ...our management has decided that no body specially with a laptop is allowed to stay beyond 4 hours even if they keep ordering 😁 , may be they are doing it personally to me because of the bad review ...

Any ways, I contacted third wave corporate office and customer service and they have no such rule ...so the next time ,I am there,I will very much love for the management to show me the policy

Things have changed a lot, not sure why this is happening but the staff is not as much friendly as they used to be, they are quite interfering, I had lot of hopes from their chains and rose to ambassador from their app loyalty..
